1st July 2026 - Moving On Event – Supporting Post-16 Transitions

We are pleased to invite parents and carers to our upcoming Moving On Event, which will focus on the options available to young people when they leave school.

This event is an opportunity to learn more about the different pathways into adulthood, including:

• College and further education
• Work and training opportunities
• Social care, day services and community provision

A range of local providers and professionals will be attending to share information, offer advice, and answer any questions you may have. 

We understand that planning for life after school can feel like a big step. This event is designed to give you clear, practical information in a relaxed and supportive environment.

We would strongly encourage families to attend, particularly those with young people in Key Stage 4 and Post-16, although all are welcome.
