We use Schoolgateway to communicate quickly and effectively with our Parents/Carers.

It’s quick and simple to use and allows us and you to send quick messages and texts to communicate.

Please go to your app store and search for “Schoolgateway” and download the free app. Once downloaded, select the “I’m a New User” button and enter your email address and mobile number (please ensure it's the same information that we have on record for you.)

You can contact Napier Miles on: 0117 9030400 and get through to Sharon or Jayne.

Sharon or Jayne can take a message if you need to speak to your child's teacher and they will contact you when they aren't teaching.

Select Send PIN and a PIN number will be sent via text to your mobile phone.

Log in with your email address and the PIN, your account is now active and you will receive instant notifications of messages in your notifications bar.

If you change your contact details please let the school know as soon as possible.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

From 25th May 2018 the rules around data protection are changing.  The school have appointed a Data Protection Officer to advise and manage compliance with the regulation.
